Shipping Carrier
We use USPS Ground Advantage for all shipments.
Tracking numbers will be provided by email as soon as your order has shipped.
Processing & Handling Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Times
Standard delivery through USPS Ground Advantage usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
Delivery times may vary due to weather, carrier delays, or peak holiday periods.
Shipping Rates
Free shipping is available on all orders over $250 (before tax and discounts).
Orders under $250 will have shipping costs calculated at checkout based on your order weight, size, and delivery address.
Shipping Areas
We currently ship within the United States (contiguous 48 states) via USPS Ground Advantage.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, or international addresses at this time.
Order Tracking
Once shipped, you will receive a FedEx tracking number via email.
You can track your shipment directly on the USPS website.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We will work with FedEx to resolve the issue and ensure your satisfaction.
