Eligible Returns
Unopened items may be returned within 7 days of delivery.
Defective or damaged products may also be returned or exchanged.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused, unopened, and in original condition.
You must contact us within the 7-day return window.

How to Return
Please email support@pro4security.com with:
Your order number
A short explanation and (if applicable) photos
After approval, we’ll send return instructions.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not yet shipped.
To request a cancellation, please contact support@pro4security.com as soon as possible.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process.
